Hephaistos is operated by the project's individual maintainer. For any legal request, identification of the publisher or a copy of the article 6-III LCEN identification under French law, please email legal@olympe.tech. A formal identification document (full legal name, postal address and, where applicable, RCS/SIREN number) will be provided on a need-to-know basis to the requesting authority within statutory deadlines.

For GDPR / RGPD requests (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection), contact dpo@olympe.tech. We respond within one month, extendable to three months for complex requests (art. 12.3 GDPR).

The supervisory authority for French residents is the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, +33 1 53 73 22 22). For other EU residents, contact your national data protection authority.

Intellectual property

The Hephaistos name, logo (the forge emblem) and Olympe brand are owned by the publisher. The public website's content is licensed for personal, non-commercial reading. The Hephaistos mobile and desktop application is closed-source distribution; reverse engineering and redistribution are not permitted (see the Terms and the EULA).

Cookies and analytics

The public website serves no third-party cookies and no analytics beacons. Vercel edge logs, application logs and Cloudflare tunnel logs for the API are used for operational security and debugging only. The mobile/desktop app respects its own consent flow described in privacy policy.

Governing law / Droit applicable

These notices and the relationship with the publisher are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
