End User License Agreement

1. License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Hephaistos on devices and servers you control, subject to these terms and applicable third-party component licenses.

2. App and server components

The mobile and desktop apps connect to a Hephaistos-compatible server. Jarvis features require either the personal-node package you operate, paid Hephaistos Cloud hosting, or an advanced operator-managed server. The public website distributes checksum-verified personal-node installers and a closed package; it does not distribute the private application or backend source. Setup and secure account pairing are guided from the public setup page and the app.

3. Restrictions

• Do not remove security protections or attempt to bypass authentication.
• Do not redistribute modified builds in a way that misleads users about security, support or data handling.
• Do not use Hephaistos for unlawful purposes.

4. Platform purchases

Optional subscriptions or purchases, including Hephaistos Cloud hosting where offered, are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play where available. Store terms apply in addition to this EULA.

5. Generated answers

Jarvis responses, document answers, agent results and voice responses are provided as assistance, not as guaranteed truth. Verify important results before acting on them.

6. No warranty

Hephaistos is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a specific purpose or error-free generated answers.

7. Termination

This license terminates if you violate its terms. You can stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account or server data.
